Since painting in acrylic takes me longer on average than works on paper, I am uploading an image from 2008 in the interim. This upload is dedicated to the person represented by the 'shadow self' inherent in it. I used gel pen and then colored with color gel pencil. That was my MO at the time. :) Image area is 6.5 by 4 inches. Original Jones Art.

Artist Reply: There's not a bird in sight on this one, Chris. That's not to say that there wasn't bird imagery in quite of bit of my work at that time--just not as pervasive. :) Glad we can upload again, BTW. Ha!
