Even a slight improvement either in finances or mood is positive, it just may be a bit hard to see on the surface by the uninitiated. 'Uptick' is another of the 3 by 3 inches sticky drawings using one gel pen costing roughly 15 cents. This is Original Jones Art at his most economical during an economic downturn in northwest Austin, Texas (and everywhere else.)
