Austin Seven - 1930

The Austin Seven was certainly not an iconic car, one could not show it off and certainly not win any prizes on the race track. No, for that time it was a cheap, rather inconspicuous and solid four-seater car with a four-cylinder engine of 747 cc, of which 290,000 units were built between 1922 and 1939. But it was stylish, also as a commercial vehicle, as the watercolor shows. Image size: 260 x 360 mm

Is your painting of the Austin 7 van still available? If so, price please?

The vehicle and background are so interesting with the details. I love the idea of a chocolate vehicle delivering chocolate. Yum!

Artist Reply: Thanks Linda, in Belgium we have an aweful lot of chocolates
