In my work the bird equates, usually, with nature and so a lot of my work involves humanity and its less than ideal relationship with our living planet. I used more color pencil both in mixing and layering in this 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen drawing just to see how far I could take that medium. That may have led to some positives and negatives but that's not unusual for Original Jones Art as he counts his blessings in northwest Austin, Texas.

As I've said before about your Artistry ,,,,WOW,!!!!what an amagination ,out of this world,absolutely insane imagination,,all so so skillfully done,fantastic skill ,& talent,your works of art I can spot a mile away viewing your galleries,you have a certain style a BRAND,,,,your own BRAND...IM quite sure art galleries love to promote & sell your Artistry ,myself I just display..Your a master of your Craft.

Artist Reply: Al, I have a hard time replying to comments that are so overwhelming positive about my work. I do hope it has a measure of uniqueness that makes it 'mine' and, hopefully, no one can classify it as derivative. It does change over time and I think that's alright also.
