This is another post-hospital sketch on a 3 by 3 inches sticky pad with gel pen. Energy level slowly returning or am I merely being optimistic? Another tiny specimen of Original Jones Art low ebbing in northwest Austin, Texas.

Artist Reply: Thanks for the warm wishes, Elton. Hopefully, I'll at least paint again soon. I've been feeling the itch if not the energy. Heck, we both survived 2020 and the Texas Blizzard---even if both seemed like rough games of dodge ball. Big E stay safe in Big D. :)

Artist Reply: It's going okay, I guess. You could knock me over with half a feather at the moment. Not up for excessive creativity yet but my heart (pun intended) is in the right place. Hope you are doing great, Mark. :)

Artist Reply: Thanks for the positive words, Al. The world seems to be short supply of them. In the 'old' days---you know, a month or so back---I would discard an average of one in five small drawings. Now I reject four. Hopefully my eye and hand coordination will improve soon. Stay well and as happy as you can pull off. :)
