I wish I had a dollar for every hour of 'silent meditation' I've had over the past year. This is a 6 by 4.25 inches gel pen drawing with color pencil. It's Original Jones Art trying to regain normalcy, if only between his ears, here in northwest Austin, Texas.

Charles ,,don't we all wish for a $1.00 for something weve over ,& over & over & over again,,,yah it would be nice.Just look at this guy you've done ,how many times over the past year,always looking & feeling different. ,There's a few dollars.,we all do repetitive things gee I'd like to get a dollar for every cup of COFFEE I Drank in a year ,,,,,,this guy doesn't even look like he's meditating..

Artist Reply: There's that old expression about 'silent waters running deep.' He looks to be the strong silent type. Plus I know a guy very well who is always contemplating, reflecting, etc. He can't or won't turn it off. Thanks, Al and let's all try to persevere for awhile longer. :)
