Someone's corrective eye surgery has gone terribly wrong, I think. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen drawing with color pencil on medium bond acid-free paper. It is another small example of Original Jones Art as he continues down the trail here in northwest Austin, Texas.

Surgery of any kind scares me, especially today in this ever-changing world! At least, the "corrected" eye seems a happy smiling face! The remaining eye and face poignantly displays something went awry with the surgery. Your imagination is outstanding and so is your talent!

Artist Reply: All my descriptive blurbs must be taken with a grain of salt thrown over the left shoulder with such force that it dislodges old Beelzebub, Ginger. Though I daresay, there's usually a 'grain' of truth in them. Thanks for the interesting and insightful comment. :)
