Lately, I've been looking back too much and I don't think it's very healthy to do so. Trouble is, it's easier than looking ahead right now. I'd have turned into a pillar of salt many times over. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. It's some of that progressive imagery Original Jones Art produces even as he regresses here in northwest Austin, Texas.

Really like this image. Sometimes omitting pieces in artwork is very impressive, such as this one! Hope you enjoyed your 4th.

Artist Reply: Yes, these can be fun to produce, Ginger, as I attempt to reduce an image down to its bare essentials---though I did add more than a dash of color here and there. The 4th came, the 5th went and the 6th is alive and well, so far. :)

You doing awesome a great job like always Charles, I was going say something about that old song from the rock band Boston but it probably tick u off so I'm not I hope your doing well Happy 4 of July Charles

Artist Reply: I wouldn't have taken offense if you had referenced Boston, Ray. I had to check the old memory banks to dredge up that song and LP from the late 70's. Thanks and hope all is well. :)
