This is my Ex-landlord, Ulises Escobar, that supported Psychological Warfare on me to vacate my rental unit in Desert Hot Springs, California due to 5 counts of discrimination towards me and to rent to someone else after my 7 years of current rental payments.. I was terrorized at my art studio with over NINE Months of missing spare house keys. He knew all along who the criminal was until my robbery 3 days before Christmas of 2020. He called me a "HERO" for Busting him on security cameras. Then threatened to evict me. This man brags on ALL of his Bios about hopping the border to the USA as a teenager. Escobar is the BIGGEST Racist that I have EVER encountered This depiction of him with hanging KEYS in the negative spaces tell a thousand words ! He later threatened me with a gun on Jan. 22nd of 2021 as I knew too much. This man should be exiled from the USA. I had to go t to the California Gov. Gavin Newsome for help as the local city police department is corrupt and would not help me as a renter..
