Halloween is when a lot of folks, big and small, dress up as someone or something else. But a lot of us wear disguises all year long, playing parts that don't ring true just to 'fit in' or lull those around them into a false sense of security. And since all security is a fig newton of our imagination, that's a pretty easy lull to achieve. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen drawing with a bit of charcoal pencil on medium bond paper. Yes, you could easily say this is Original Jones Art stripping away the last thin layer of dishonesty or deceit here in northwest Austin, Texas.

You could have fooled me bud.....good one...hope all is well with you and yours down South..

Artist Reply: I'm still down here doing my thing though I feel sometimes I could just as easily be living in a nice crater on the moon---well, I wouldn't have the squirrels, birds, etc., then. Not to mention oxygen. Oh well. Hope you and yours are managing to cope okay---and feel okay ---up there to the north. :)
