Can you imagine the anxiety of trying to make money on the stock market? Every time some one of 'importance' hiccups, there's turbulence in the force. It makes jello look like a granite boulder. But folks still play the lottery, don't they? Buying into the myth that having lots of money makes a person 'better' or 'happier' is quite sad, isn't it? There's a lot of slime who have lots of cash to throw around. I can think of several off the top of my head. Man, I wouldn't want to those people AT ALL. This is a 5.5 by 4.5 inches gel pen drawing and number three, I think, of the trio I drew back to back while watching old TV episodes. Just so you know, Original Jones Art doesn't think I Spy holds a candle to The Avengers or Secret Agent/Danger Man back in the day. Though I like to see who the guest stars are as I draw out the days in northwest Austin, Texas.

You could probably get some really interesting dialogue going re the stock market ... but re your image, he sure looks "down" (suppose he really lost in the market!) and I think you get a whole different perspective with your drawings using your looser style. Can't yet say which I like better. Both styles are great.

Agree with your sentiment for sure Charles , and your rendering is fitting with his expression that money is the be all , end all. : ) ps I was a " Man from Uncle " kid myself : )

Artist Reply: Only recently did I decide that I am more closely aligned with Buddhism which is concerned with betterment of the self. It doesn't matter what clothes your body wears if your soul is a pauper. Thanks, Dave! :)
