Another peaceful warmish day here at home where I worked on a 3D project most of the day and didn't start anything on paper until after dark--which comes around 6 pm these daylight-saving days. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. It is probably safe to say that this qualifies as Original Jones Art here in the suburbs in northwest Austin, Texas. The title/poem in its entirety is "Everything Dances Away/Bit by bit/Day by day."

First, you've drawn my cousin! He looks very similar!!! Second, you've mentioned your 3D projects a few times. What exciting projects are you working on which requires outdoors and daylight? Third, I like this image - not just because it reminds me of my cuz but because of your talent.

Artist Reply: My poor man's sculptural material dries faster in the sun, which is shining here today. Yes, I've been negligent in photographing and uploading my newest 3D pieces. There must be six or seven of them I haven't uploaded. That does not include the two I'm working on presently. Probably something for that 'new year' lurking around the corner. Thanks for your support, Ginger. :)

Artist Reply: Well, hopefully, that new room has a nice view, Erik. I've been rooting for you from the bleachers. Well, the metaphoric bleachers. Good to hear from you and Happy Holidays to you as well. :)
