I've been working on some paintings but none are ready to debut. So I whipped out this little envelope drawing and thought I would share. This is a 4.25 by 4.50 inches gel pen drawing; a pure black and white affair. So what has Original Jones Art have to say for himself this wintry day in northwest Austin, Texas? At least I'm not in the Hill Country. Yeah, they capitalize it for some reason.

Artist Reply: It could have been barometric pressure at the time, Ray. I've been working on a lot of little things today. Adding varnish to some paintings; noticing a touch-up or repair would be nice so doing so. Listening to frenetic music keeps me moving though you wouldn't exactly call it dancing. ;)

Artist Reply: There are positives and negatives but overall it's a plus statement rather than a negative one most times, Dave. I've received an envelope with a totally unique pattern which I've set aside for the right moment. ;)
