An old blue radio sits on a bright window seal. The music of yesterday wafting through the house. Tunes that take you back and make you tap your feet. Transpired to a simple time before the tv took over and life got to busy. An old yellow glass vase filled with the flowers from grandmas yard. Today’s selection of happy colorful joyful flowers from her yard speaks to her love of nature and desire to share it with her family. The radio is silent now but the memories remain, I’ll never walk through a garden without feeling the love of a woman I was blessed to know. Gouache on old music paper.
