When my mom asked me what I wanted out of the attic when she sold her house, I asked her for the suitcases. They remind me of our family vacations growing up. I have written a children's book of poems about going to our cottage and this painting is featured in the book. Along with the suitcases is my first scrap quilt which my grandma taught me how to make.
