Halfway through a canvas project featuring Florida wildlife in an open field, the client texted asking for a Meerkat to be inserted. He loved Meerkats. My only option was to place Mitch the Meerkat inside the perspective so that the client felt he and Mitch were enjoying the scene together. The painting was better thanks to Mitch.
