His unique joy: to read comics; and my comics ("Eden" and "Flip") in a special way. He demonstrated to know ABSOLUTELY all about my work. He asked for an original daily strip ("Eden"); those strips I drew 30 years ago. Of course, I said YES. I'm a collector of original artwork from another artists and I can understand him. Before I sent my original strip to him, he susprised me by sending several original and UNBELIEVABLE artwork. Here is a sample: An original daily strip (the successful series THE BERRYS) signed by CARL GRUBERT in 1959. A jewel, indeed! :-)
