This image was developed during a study into the word Drum. This is pastel on specialist rough paper which allows the pastel to grab on. It is approximately A1 paper size.

Artist Reply: Thanks Chris, you will find that I use a lot of bright colours (fauve almost). I love to use yellows, reds, oranges etc and I also like to use texture. Hopefully I will a more textural painting next month for your critique. Thanks again for the comment Col
