Late afternoon sunlight has been a favorite of many artists for many years and I'm no exception. The reflected light from the sky and the varied colors found within the shadowed areas like the dad's back, the rocks, and sand are a treat to bring out. The subject matter of course, speaks for itself and is among my favorite.
