This image of taken of one of hundreds of petroglyphs (pecked art) that was left by the ancient Polynesians of Hawai'i. The human image is obvious, but the other more abstract object is most likely a war club used in battle. They were not always a peaceful people. Image copyright Cher Peterson. All rights reserved.
