West Kennett Long Barrow

This is the prehistoric burial mound at West Kennett - the Long Barrow. It is a stone chamber passageway with a number of stone rooms coming off the passageway and then the whole structure is covered to make the burial mound. It is located near Avesbury stone circle in the UK.

Interesting stones. Saxon of prehistoric?

how peaceful they look, like they have stories of thousands of years locked up inside of them. :) Thanks!
