Original digital art, not an altered or manipulated photograph. The "Nagual" is literally translated to mean "wizard or sorcerer"- but is referred to in Native American culture as the "other." It is the spirit entity in counterpart to the literal being as we know it. The bird's "nagual" is the figure running beneath it- part bird and part man- the sorcerer transmutting to a sentient being.
