Dark Beauty

This was by far the rainiest hike our daughter and I had gone on....2005. Good thing we were dressed for it. We got to see what few people see coming to this very out-of-the-way place....a 500 ft. granite slab all wet and shiny from the pouring rain. Usually you would see streaks of wet from the falls as they pick their way down the rockface. This was a awesome site to enjoy as we ate our lunch under the umbrellas. There is still a lot of beauty on a dark and rainy day!!!
