The Stream Trail

This is a short trail that offers lots of beauty for not much effort. It starts at the "methane gas geyser" and follows the stream to the "sulfer geyser" and loops back around to the beginning. The "geysers" aren't much to look at now. The methane gas used to seep up thru the ground and when lit, the flame was 8ft tall and more. Now, for safety reasons, it's capped and flickers at 6-8 inches. The sulfer geyser is at this bridge and it bubbles up thru the water and stinks. They are interesting for what they are, not what they look like.... :-) The trail is most enjoyable!!!
