I took this one earlier when I was checking my camera. I'm clueless as to how I got this effect, there was no fog or smoke. The night is totally clear.

AHA I KNOW, KAREN. THIS HAPPENS TO ME WHEN I TAKE MY CAMERA OUT OF THE AIR CONDITIONED HOUSE TO TAKE A PHOTO OUTSIDE. I HAVE FOUND THAT THE CAMERA HAS TO GET TO THE TEMPERATURE OF OUTSIDE. :)

Artist Reply: lol already thought of that, but I had been outside for a very long time and did not have the a/c on anyway. Thanks, there was nothing wrong with the camera either all the other shots are perfect except for this one and the other one in a totally different location. mystery huh?
