Time to test our legs....AAAHHH!!! We were at Crystal Mtn Ski Resort and everything is uphill. We reached this wonderful cascading creek on the way to Henskin Lake, by determination only. About 50% of this hike is fairly steep...and it starts off that way. The cool air around this stream was refreshing and gave us the excuse to rest our screaming calves for a few minutes before going on. I love the roar of the water at the beginning of the summer. Later in the season the volume decreases, but the scenery is still wonderful. Onward and UPWARD!!!! But first...... :-))
