Did I say easy way....I was mistaken!!! About 100 yards from Henskin Lake...although it's hard to judge distance in the forest...is the top of Chair 10 at Crystal Mt. Ski Resort. As most ski slope are, this one was pretty steep. The large rock gravel on the access road was very loose making it hard to walk downhill without slipping. We passed two other parties going uphill and they were huffing and puffing, so I can't really say that either way up or down is easier than the other. We will come back in a month or so to get a good GPS and take time to explore the miners cave. We should be in better shape by then, I hope!!! I want to thank all of you for your very kind comments on my photos and for joining us on this hike!!! There are more yet to come..... :-)) Hope my knees hold out!!
