What a lovely shot. I actually like the glowing white color, it offers a clearer contrast with the darkness of the water. The reflection in the water is a very nice touch. The rule of thirds may not apply to this shot, however, asymmetry sometimes makes an even bigger impact. Very nice work Rosa!

What i think is that you have picked the wrong position. It's not applied to any point of the rule of the thirds. And one more thing. There's something more than just composition - the white colour of the lily is burned. Try taking simmilar photograph when the sun is behind clouds, or when there's lower colour temperature
