Artist Statement: MOUNTAINS & MOONS | As a child I often had this certain type of dream/nightmare of driving down an outrageously long, straight, and narrow road always toward distant, looming mountains. While on every side earth would be collapsing and quaking, or surging waters flooding, massive fires raging, and sometimes, when I was lucky, morning would come, brilliant and full of color.
