I haven’t been drawing for the past year. My mental health declined and as much as I wanted to draw, I couldn’t. It wasn’t an artist block, it wasn’t a lack of subject matter, and it wasn’t boredom.
I finally have been able to sit down and draw. I am working on a drawing of Artist Kate Zambrano wearing skull make-up. I thought it looked interesting, so I wanted to try to recreate it as a drawing. I’ll be posting and blogging more as I move along in the process.
