She was born in Poland 1975. School of Art 1995. A graduate of School of Fine Arts in 2000 with diploma in industrial design, guided by Prof. Jadwiga Filipiak, studio of designing objects. Class of Prof. Sadley, studio of painting on fabric. She runs Design Studio Dragonfly which creates multisized compositions painted on silk 96/72, 98/45, 96/106 inch, 245/182, 248/114, 245/270cm. All works are created using special dyes for fabrics fixed thermally with steam. Silk prepared in such a way can be washed. Silk is often combined with leather, oriental feathers, semi-precious stones, mother of pearl and sea shells. The studio designs unique furniture and everyday objects as well as multisized masks of papier mache. She was accepted recently by a very selective New York fine art gallery Agora Gallery placed at Soho and Chelsea. She will be represented by this gallery and she will have an exposition at Soho in following months.
