PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Otar Chakvetadze illustrated three educational books. He is the author of illustrations of two famous poets` books. State Technical University of Georgia published scientific-methodical work in their magazine about fine Art : The main features of Expressionism and Blue Riders 2001. Still  life /Methodical instructions/ 2001. Engraving on cardboard and its technological variety 2002.

AWARDS:

The Mayor of Wilmington, Delaware proclaimed April 3, 1992 as Otar Chakvetadze Day in order to further and strengthen the ties both cultural and Artistic between the State of Delaware and Republic of Georgia. 2002  Award from the President of Georgia ( for pedagogical work ) 1988  Award for The best Diploma Works Russia, St .Petersburg. 1989  Award for The best Diploma Works Russia, Kaliningrad ( Silver Award )
