I have enjoyed art for as long as I can remember and was always considered 'good' at art. I discovered Encaustic Art in 1991 and a few years later began to teach it too. I now have my own studio in Hampshire England which I opened in February 06. My studio is a working studio with a small gallery area and encaustic items for sale too.

I work intuitively and love to go with the flow (of wax you could say) this gives a free fresh approach to the paintings, also I try to reflect emotions, energy and feeling in my paintings.Some have a spiritual feel to them.

I personally feel that a painting should be eyecatching and colourful to deserve a place on your wall.

I hope my painting leave the observer lifted in spirits by what they see. Hope you enjoy my gallery and website too.
