Years ago, I wrote a poem titled, 'The Man with the Blue Blue Eyes' and once I got into this piece, based once again on a drawing, it somehow reminded me of the syllabic work, hence its title. This is a 16 by 12 inch acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas and another bit of Original Jones Art hailing from that seething anthill called Austin, Texas.

Artist Reply: I guess, when I painted this, I felt it to be about the right hue, Ray. Who knows what it would look like if I painted it today. Though, I don't seem to have the stamina for paintings right now. This is why I've been doing mostly drawings lately. And, of course, the occasional 3D piece. Hope you are doing okay, Ray. AND I sincerely mean that. :)
