Artist Bio

Jeremy, former faculty member of the Academy of Art College, San Francisco, is a renowned artist, author, and educator. His publications include the following: PainterCreativity for Professional Portrait and Wedding Photographers DVD (PhotoVision, 2003) Secrets of Award-Winning Digital Artists (Wiley, 2002) Total Painter Video Series (Total Training, 1998) Painter 4 Video Series (MacAcademy, 1996) Fractal Design Painter Creative Techniques (Hayden Books, 1996) Jeremy is currently host of the DMN Forums Worldwide Users Group Painter Forum (www.dmnforums.com) and is an associate editor and regular contributor (PainterView column) for the EFX Art & Design magazine (www.macartdesign.matchbox.se).

Currently a resident of San Francisco, Jeremy grew up in London and has drawn since he was three years old. He has a degree in Physics from Oxford University, and studied art at the Ruskin School for Drawing and Fine Art, Oxford University, and at the Vrije Akademie, the Hague, in the Netherlands. Jeremy is a lively, knowledgeable, and entertaining instructor who teaches Painter Creativity workshops and seminars all over the world. He has performed his unique style of colorful digital portraiture internationally for clients ranging from Industrial Light and Magic and the United Nations to Virgin Atlantic Airlines.
