Brenda Winters is a Texan born in Vernon, Texas. Most of her life she worked as a nurse. She was a jail nurse for Denton county. Member of Texas Jewish art association and Texas Sheriff's association. Married to Michael Kent Webb,inventor of the sleep mode on computers. Mignon is her daughter, a makeup artist and book author. Graduate of Texas Tech University.
