For more than twelve years the artist couple Willem and Madeleine are working together in different fields of the arts.

They chose Hyperborea, which means " New Found Land ", as their artist name.

Being sculptors by trade, they realized a vast collection of stone sculptures. Some of their creations were translated into bronze as well.

A few years back they discovered the field of computer graphics. This resulted in a large number of 3D Renderings, featuring their unique style. Alien landscapes that are inhabited with numerous different forms of life.

Lately they work together on several different projects in which they combine their sculptures, 3D artworks and self composed electronic music into multi media projects that are available on DVD.

In the south of The Netherlands they have their own gallery and a sculpture garden. They receive visitors for an exclusive experience of their work, presented in its own environment.
