I decided to call him Kisho. Anywho, I changed his tail because I could and gave him that bottom fin thing...yeah. It's hard to draw his tail right because it moves back and forth like a shark and I don't do foreshorting well. But anywho, another picture I like. ^v^ I also forgot to color in a little bit under his arm with the lame background I put there, but whatever.
