Artist Reply: I saw him crawling on the ground & followed him. I got shots of him crawling up the bush & then emerging. It was amazing & I'm glad I got to witness it. Thanks for comments!

Artist Reply: Thank you Elise! If you have them where you live; keep watch for them. They don't run from you when they're looking for a hatching spot. So it's pretty easy to shoot once you find one! Good luck!
