The edges of the pic looks kinda rough. If you have Photoshop, I advise that you blur the edges to make them a lot softer. Otherwise, that's good. I LUV CHII-CHAN! ^__^
A very cute pic (I'm in love with Chii, so I guess I'm a bit biased). Work on getting a precise cutout for future pics, so that none of the gritty edges show up around the character. Also, thanks for the comments on my stuff ^__^
