That's one heartfelt spud, Chris! In primitive times warriors would eat the heart of their fallen enemies because that is where they believed their strength to lie. It would be interesting to take additional shots of this over time as it...uh...decomposed. Of course, if you've already boiled, mashed or baked it, that works too. :)
