This is what we ate at the Twisp Pow Wow! This is Willy...who, along with the main cook Jerry and myself ended up burning our arms and eyes over this pit cooking all this food all day...for 2 days. we fed over 300 people for free. The food was donatd by various Native hunters and fishermen. We pulled the silk from the corn and cooked it in its husks. It was just fantastic! But...boy....what work...hot hot hot! I was gifted a beaded belt on the last day as a thank you for cooking.
