This shot is part of the Crystal Creek Water Ditch system located in Whiskeytown National Park. The system was used during the gold rush to irrigate local farms and ranches and to aid the miners in their gold mines.
Gorgeous! I love the patterns made by the leaves on the top right and the lighting on the waterfall as well as the way everything seems to slant inward at the top! Wonderful composition.
