Acrylic on epoxied paper. 8x10. I did this using for reference a photograph taken at Marina Mazatlan one summer's eve. The colors are right on, incredible at that may be. Copyright 2003, Anne Kelty. All rights reserved.

I know how difficult is to paint sunsets by acrylics but it seems you know how to do it... very well!!!!

It's really pretty Anne. My only critique would be that the clouds are very heavy towards the top. If you crop the top of the photo slightly, it looks more balanced. Well done.
