This one reminds me a little of Georgia O'Keefe's adobe churches with the melting, soft edges of the hardscape. The light in the portals is very effective, but the midground is too static. The eye enters the picture well with the diagonal portal shadow leading it in and the sky holds its own with its glowing turmoil, but the mid-ground sto-ps the eye dead in the center with its "out of context" feel. Very interesting theme.
