Artist Reply: hehe, no its ice! The building was made of brick. While the inside was burning, the outside stayed frozen, it was very very cold that night. All the water on the ground froze, even on the street lights.

Artist Reply: Sorry about the very long delay in getting back to you about this photo, this was taken in the Winter time in Maine.. it was -40 that night with windchill...
