Amazing find at your museum ,yes I've seen these ploughs ,,,,ploughs have really changed over the centuries,,,,,this Brabatine was developed I believe by the Dutch inventor,,it it different blades you could use ,also adjust the Dept,& instead of turning around you could swing the platform over to the other side,Also.after ploughing your furrows ,you could Harrow with this invention.Today farmers use a far more advanced technology, with out disturbing the soil whatsoever,by Air seeding, meaning the seed is inserted into the ground ,to start germination immediately as the soil is moist & warm..Yes I remember my parents farming with the different methods.,I still remember they using a threshmachine ,yes Before the Combine with a 40 foot header on it,Museums teach us Our History .,how things have been simplified for the farmers today is amazing.,when we go through these museums or Heritage Parks we see the struggles the farmers had in growing crop not only for themselves but also to feed there countries.,whether it was crops, vegetables or fruit,.

Artist Reply: thank you AL i visited a village with a kind of museum where all the tools of the past are very well preserved particulary tools of the farm ... it was a very hard period for the farmers and horses but the vedgetables and fruits without pesticides were so tasty . Now every boby wants to eat BIO .BUT .... it is too late ..
