Just had to pick one to comment on. I think you have a great potential, but I think you need to be more subtle in expressing the features. A little finer blending that's not so predominate as to make one be distracted looking at a certain point of the image
this makes me want to pinch those cheeks.. i bet youre filled with wonderful stories on these 3 men... very nice shading and twinkle of mischief in the eyes : )
