This illustration depicts The Underworld from Greek Mythology. I didn't want to paint any tale in particular, as I want the viewer to feel free to interpret it as they wish. I emphasized the environment as well as storytelling in this one, something I'm getting very confident with. Overall I had a great time bringing the Underworld to life, and I hope you enjoy the illustration as well.
