The Creation of a Magnificent Strategy

In this chess work, i wanted to represent a bold strategy as one large pawn in the center with small jewel like stones that form the surface of the pawn. This symbolizes the small movements within the game of chess that lead to one overall strategy that leads to ultimate victory. I chose to show this pawn in a gallery like setting where it acts as a sculpture. On the wall in the frame is a blue rope and some of the stones that create an abstract work of art and this symbolizes the initial strategy and elements that lead to the creation of the whole strategy being the central pawn.
